My culture has agreed to tie in with the service provider and will not allow individual services, so I've been using this link for the last few months. In my previous apartment, I used the ACT network and was mainly satisfied with the pace and customer service.
Airwire has been a dreadful journey for the most part. For the past two weeks, network speeds have been abysmal. I'm paying for a 60mbps contract, but I've been getting speeds of 1 mbps at best!
The customer service is deplorable. It's hard to believe they're even a professionally run company. This kind of response could be expected in smaller cities where the corporation has a monopoly, but in a city like Bangalore, you'd expect ownership, responsibility, and efficiency for a service you're paying for. If you have another choice, I recommend you take it because Airwire is an unpleasant experience you can avoid.
