I have been using airtel since years and notice many times that the bill is incorrect and they charge additional charges without you used that service.
Recently, they charged by two times for internet gprs package i.e. INR 98 and INR 125. A few months before they charged for anti virus. It is repeated routine. Normally, I don't check bills and pay as due. This time luckily I checked the bill and observed the cheating.
This time I'll go in consumer court for doing cheating.
