Airtel has a horrible customer assistance service. I ported my Sim from Docomo to airtel. N I had to wait for 48 hours to get network again after fighting for several hours.
They do not even guide u on how u should activate ur Sim. Even the customer care people dont know what to do.
Really disappointed. I ported my sim looking for a better service. But all in vain:/
