I am using airtel network for 4 years now. I  have to say that airtel was the best network but 3 years back. if I compared airtel in 2012 at that time we can trust on this network  blindly. It doesn't matter weather it is midnight or normal time network was always working 110% no glitch in calling no buffering in network.  there was no need of calling the customer care for any  kind of issue  and if there was any problem all we need was to  give a call to 121 and it doesn't matter what the issue is it would get resolved in the given tat. airtel was the the top at its game in back 2012


but if I compare the  network  with present day there I only  one word for it pathetic. I have  to  say the qualiy of network services customer care have  drop down  to  a great extent. if we register any issue i.e.  for  network it means that one should not throw there sim away because it is not going to be resolved. It does nod matter if we give end less calls to the or shoot mails there will be only few repeated reply. engineers are working. we will set up new router in your area and so on. there issues re generally with prepaid.  hope airtel will get back it legacy
