Airtel used to be one of my favorite mobile operators, and have use it for many years but things change, it is becoming worst. To relive from this, switch to BSNL, which is twice as worst as Airtel and came back to Airtel again to enjoy same network problem. 3G speed is becoming slow, calling being interrupted quite often with disconnection, crack voice to the extent of not hearing anything at all.
Calling customer care service is headache with no simple option to connect with them rather have to spend quite some minutes to hear computer generated voice which again doesn't come toll free. However I do think call tariffs and net pack offer is good.
