Airtel . Review on Airtel Mobile Operator

Airtel mobile operator is not so good not so bad..i can say its not upto the mark..i have been using Airtel since my 1st mobile that is from 6 years and never drifted apart from Airtel.. For all these years I have seen changes in Airtel service..At start it was not so good and the plans were not good compared to plans which are now..but at that time it was normal.. The range issue was a problem that time and it has continued till now..reception of the signal is not good in some areas....But overall coverage is good..but if your mobile has gprs connection, then Airtel is a big no-no.. the maps are not seen at all if you are using Airtel, but they are on other networks..also the connection speed is low...

If you have any quries then you have to go to Customer Care centre, I would say better avoid that because customer service is not upto the mark..I had many problems and when I thought my problems would be solved..i was wrong..that didn't help at all, finally I had to talk harshly to get my work done..

So I would suggest if you want to go with Airtel choose a perfect plan and hope that you wont have to go to Customer care center. :)
