In airtel has a good reputation , giving best internet speed and strong network connection but slowly it get downgraded in many regions of india. Where in past every one is taking airtel because of its good network now the audience start diverted to other networks. When you use 4g network on your phone no network signal is seen and if seen then very low or become 2g. Voice get intrupted while calling not understand the words of speaker. Customer service is good but sometime slow, very helpful sometime. Charges and billing are somewhat more as compared to others
