The 121 helpline is horrible- call keeps on dropping. You can never speak to a real person- either the whole call drops or it takes 15 min to reach where it is supposed to go(unlikely). Poor service.


Guys, there are so many competitors I wonder how Airtel survives! Choose Vodafone, BSNL anything but airtel.
