Two months back I approach one of the Airtel Shop for MNP. He asked me to submit the document and I do the same on the second day. But after 20 days he asked me the port number for the second time and it's two months he is not responding my call as well. And the surprising part is he charged 100 Rs for the same. But I have another number that was a port to Vodafone and it took only 14 days max and they charged only 19 RS for the SIM card.
So, now let see how Airtel take care of their customers and how will they take an action against the Retailer.
