Today iam sharing my experience while using airtel network.
I using airtel sim from around 1 year.I select airtel by hearing call tariff from others. But I not satisfied with this network.
The activation time of this sim is more . My sim was activated after 3 day from the purchased date. The price of the sim card is large.
They provide data offer on day basis. When I activate a data pack for one data, I can only get the offer on that day. But in other network we can get 24 hour validity. This rule I don't like.
The campany says that they have coverage over all area. But I don't agree with this. Because in my area the signal strength is very poor. Lot of call drops problems are I faced. Sound during calling is break on this network.
They give many value added offers. I like the call rate offer. And more data is available on this network with same cost, than other network providers. The speed of 2g& 3g offers are not good.
And there is difficult to get recharge coupons on village areas.
Customer care is very good. They respond to our camplaint quickly. They spend time to convince the customer, I satisfied with the customer care.
