These people do not care or respect their customers . In our area there is lot of network problem for most of the service providers and airtel is worst . I have tried twice to port my number into other less worse operator but airtel is making it so very difficult for me . Their people just don't listen me and keep talking nonsense about their services and then cut the line saying you have to come to our nearest office .
