Although the call quality is good overall services sucks and the conditions are made worse by training the customer support executives to shout on the customers(thats what my experience says after talking with three executives with me being the humble one and they were shouting!)
I have opted for this service six month back and now as I am moving back to india I want to delete my account however airtel doesnt have any provision for that!
Moreover they have saved my credit card information in the account which I am not able to delete and when I called the customer care executive he mentioned that why dont I search on net that whether I can delete my account or not!
I was having a loaner mobile with me and I registered to airtel using the same. Now there is no way that I can delete that number from airtel database and it is ther permanently now!
Airtel services could have been far better if they have taken care of some minor things like these and if there telecallings agent would have been a bit humble at all!
My suggestion is that if you are going to use this service for ever and have a permanent number(which no one is going to use) only then use that number to register.
Bottom line is
AVOID AIRTELCALLHOME
