Airtel your online recharge are Sham/fraud. I did a recharge of 72 Rs on 30th of Appril, from your website airtel.in/or your associate online recharges(don't exactly remember) and recharge went succesfull with money bieng deducted from my bank account and I receiving a SMS stating the success of recharge. Still from last 10 days I am seeing incoming being charged at a huge rate.
When contacted with insensitive customer care, they shrugged me off saying that there is no such recharge and no money will be returned back. I have a proof of SMS received from your side and bank account statement showing the recharge. Please take a note of this fraud and return my Money. I was proud airtel customer from last 5 years, but not any more.
