I have been using Airtel from a very long time. And lately I have been facing a lot of problems. I am not getting signals. there is always NO SERVICE written on the notification bar of my phone.
I Reside in West Delhi and there is a shortage of network in my area. There is a lack of Towers. I even asked the OPEN NETWORK scheme but it didn't work well. Even when I walk out of my place, There is mostly a chance of low network. I need to refresh my phone by putting it on airplane mode several times.The only good thing about this network is the customer service, they try to help me out every time but alas network problems.
Another disadvantage is that the calling rates and Internet packs are very expensive. Other service providers are providing the same at a lower cost.
