I caught Airtel second time in wrong billing!

Airtel Mobile Sufferers, I am welaware about the malpractice in billing by Airtel. I already caught them earlier for wrongly imposing some plan and recovered my money as credit in the bill.


We never asked for any add-on plan and they activate it and charge you, telling you had asked for that. when I insisted on proof for call made or email sent on any other medium which confirms their claim for activation of the plan then only I will pay it.


Some representative tried to fool me telling call made on xyz date on some time, luckily I had bill details and caught him upfront, telling no such call was made that time.You are lying. Then he agreed to give back that sum for that many months amounting around Rs.575/-.


This is second time when I have caught wrong billing team with false charge in monthly bill as local A2M @30p/min, but when seen the details all local mobile calls were charged @ min 50p/min. I bet airtel is having team for wrong billing as they never charge lesser but always rob you from your pocket. You never know.


They prefer robbing to customers paying online or best are those who do it by automatic ECS. Company bills etc. What I am writing is just a tip of an iceberg. Checkout your bills. You don't know but Airtel may be robbing you!!! See the attached photo for details!
