Airtel has highest number of subscriber in India and I was also one of them yes because recently I have Done MNP
( Mobile Number Portability) and decided to choose another Network. I decide this because Airtel is charging high amount as compared to other mobile Netwrok. I accept that their Network is good but their customer service and Other Charges are High. Their 2G Data Pack of 1 GB will cost you 175 Rs in mumbai circle and Their 3G for 1 GB is available at 296 Rs. Their Calling charges,Sms Charges,Local Pack,STD Packs are also very high. Also Sometimes They deduct amount from your account and tell you that you have requested for VAS( Value Added Service)Here They are deceiving us.Their support staff is less Supportive, They Not did not Understand you Properly. So This Network Will overcharge you So choose this only if you spend lots of bucks on This Network.
