Due to poor connective of airtel at my home as well as office, I decided to port my Airtel SIM to another service provider as per my Order No. NOOOOOQ5C69L Dated 25/06/2023.
On 26th June 2023, before expiry of 24 hours at 10.26 a.m., a voice call by airtel number(+91 11 4402 2317) came saying that he was speaking from the shop from where I had done the process of Porting and by mistake my prepaid number was requested for postpaid number with new service service provider which is very high. He was saying sorry again and again. so I believed that person.
Listening that I became angry knowing that he is the shop keeper from which I requested to Port my number.
But the fraud airtel person told that if I cancell the porting by doing message by writing CANCEL 99( MY mob no.) then all the problem will be solved. and he would manage everything.
Then I had done accordingly and my porting process was cancelled.
after that I asked the shop from which I requested for porting, he told the he had not called me and the fraud call and work was is done by the airtel personal after porting and switching another service provide.
He also informed that this time service of airtel is not good and satisfactory so they(airtel cheater persons) are doing fraud call after porting the SIM to another service provide.
Nothing matter again I will request to Port and if the call will come from the airtel I will reply in good and very good.
PLEASE BEWRE OF THIS AIRTEL/AIRFAKE PERSONS.
