Hello Friends I am user of Airtel from past many years, From prepaid to postpaid,

There are several types where Airtel exceeds than other mobile operators,

1st the latest is 4g network, though it is not available for every part of our country but will soon it will cover rest of it, airtel/leap from here we can see how the network coverage would we get over the country, great work done,

I am using a cug plan with almost all of friends and family great plans for it, only the issue of network drop is while traveling in local trains, frequent call drops, Airtel should work on that.

As well the area few km from the Airtel office in Mumbai, Malad Malwani the signal reception is poor, I have visited the Airtel gallery, and logged the complaint, but there was not a single call back from backend, in some areas I could get 4g net while browsing but can't get 3g network properly, this are some flaws, but then after good network over all
