I went to *Airtel post paid connection* keeping in mind good service provider but....


1.  No proper information available at Airtel service provider outlet in Dombivali about postpaid connection,

  1. Airtel 121 Customer service provider given free data information, but Airtel charged for free data approximate Rs.800.

  2. 121 customer supervisors fools customer with the wrong information about charges

  3. Customer executives talks very rudely.

  4. I have called customer care 20 times every time their answer something different but no resolution on extra charges  and their false commitment and information about plan.

Within one & half month they charged me Rs 1200. For data charges, from day one, I am calling to them about 3g data charges but no resolution. They are just sending bills & calls to pay bills.


Horrible experience with Airtel.
