I had been using AIRTEL 3G in Bangalore for last few months. Recently since 22nd Dec 2012 I am getting horrible speed of 0.06Mbps (both download and upload speed) , please see the screenshot from the speedtest
I called customer care and they suggested some uninstall and reinstall which did not work for me.
They promised to fix the issue by 26th Dec 12, which they did not. I mailed to customer care and put forward my complain to South Nodal, office BUT no reply. The customer care and way of dealing by AIRTEL are just frustrating and unprofessional. I am just thinking of an alternative 3G service. Can anyone please help?

Still the issue exists.Can not browse the internet. Too pathetic.
