I am using airtel since I first took a mobile
its services has now reached down to floor
it was the best network among all before few years but airyel services are bow only troubling their customers instead of keeping them happy
I had an airtel commection which I have recently ported to idea
I had so much of network problems in that and nobody in customer care actualy CARE to listen .and resolve the issue
the main problem I was facing was with the 4 g connection speed
airtel 4g speed is worst than that of any 2 g network speed
I have complaint numerous times and they give me complaint number everytym and never revert back
finaly then I had a Mnp coz of their worst customer services
