So I am a customer of airtel since past 3 4 years. Network coverage of airtel is quite good . The coverage of network is good in some regions but sometime while travelling in metro its network looses off. Yes I would says chages and billing rates are really very high according to the services they provide and now as of today if I say after launching jio its rates goes down as of now. Customer service of airtel is not as much good enough to satisfy the customer needs.
