I would like to post my review based on my experience with Airtel Chennai into 3 categories:


1.Good: Telecallers are good, responsive and polite.(agreed.not all the time)

  1. Bad: Calls drop very often and signals drop every now and then in most of the places in

Chennai.


Charges are way too high when compared to BSNL and AIRCEL.


3.UGLY and WORSE: Customer service officers, bill payment facilities etc.,


To make a point here: Airtel needs to conduct training sessions to all its customer service officers, (in dealer network too) on CUSTOMER SERVICE! If someone is not interested to work in service industry throw them out as I see this'attitude' in Airtel centres if you go for any kind of enquiry or for bill payment.


I would like to mention that I had very good experience in Hutch(Vodafone) outlets where every executive is so responsive and polite to the customer, but their telecallers and collection team is not upto expectations.
