I wonder why should I use this network any longer. Such a large network and greedy for money.
I have put rate cutter for 97 rs., ie 10ps for A2A and 60 ps for other mobile. but tehy take the money as they wish.
First time I called to an airtel number and I am charged 1.14 ps( for 1 min sumthng).
The next time I called to an airtel number and that tiem it costs 30ps for 3 mins.
I called customer care many number of times, tehy are saying taht oly 10 ps is credited from my account. If so then y do I want to call dos idiots so many times wasting my money.
Also, I got some airtel calls(liek cricket fever, cinemas, etc)airtel live. I tried to reach dos persons(customer care) to ask them to stop des things as tehy take 1 re for every message and I got 3 such plans(I don know how it got added), but they asked to follow the voice recorder.I followed them and it asked to type some message and send. I tried 3 times and I lost 3 re per msg:(
At last, the customer care lady says that it was an old one. It ll not work v ll cancel it from our side.How irresponsible.!
Feeling lie killing them.
Why nowadays airtel is so greedy for money?
