Dear Airtel,
thanx a lot for connecting me wth my family especially my mother who is 800 kms away from me physically but she is in my reach just because of u I am sincierly thankful to Airtel fo this.
a. I have few suggession for u such as u should give one prevelage no. frequently used by subscriber on a very nominal charges or free incoming on cash cards also.
b.i would also suggest ur customer care executives to spesk in hindi with a customers who prefer to talk in hindi.
c.they should respond promptly on 9810198101.
