Airtel is the worst mobile operator I have ever experienced. Airtel is like a high brand name but in terms of service its very low. Airtel has charges tk send sms on festival days or any special days its like cheating their own customer. Airtwl claims that its service is very good but in reality its worst. I was the customer of airtel since last 6 year and never I was happy by its service.
Mobile network is very poor of airtel. There are always a problem while contecting the call. I was not able to watch any online vedio without buffering. Its a worst service provider network.
Customer service also is not good. We can not talk to a customer care agent and tell them the issue instantly. There are always a computer program we need to follow its instructions and after it therea re no any possibility to talk customer care agent. Airtel also charge to call customer care.
Charging and billing are high in comparison to other mobile operators. Airtel has high rate of data service. Airtel is like a bagger company, they just looting their customer.
