Hi friends, I lost my mobile phones few days ago I had an airtel postpaid connection.


i called airtel people for the day I lost and told them to deactivate my account. but to my pity they told me that it will take around 4hrs to do so....... which I requested to be done as soon as possible.


but after 1hr I got to make again calling their customer care which told me that it would be done in few seconds...... that thing was done finally..... but I wanna have great concern on airtel people who like customers to call 2or 3 times to done their work done..,..which is very time consuming also....i am not really happy with the airtel people and feel that they should provide good customer service and satisfication if wanna be on top of market....


again after I got a new sim from airtel.. I took me 3days to activate my sim which airtel say that they do in just half an hour and a max. of 4hrs..... but it did not work. friends it took me really pain to say that I called airtel arnd 10 times and everytime they told me same thing.... its my personal view that I am sharing wid u... BEING MARKET LEADER IN CELLULAR OPERATIONS THEY SHOULD PROVIDE BEST SERVICE....AT THE END OF DAY I GOT A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WHICH I SHARED WITH YOU...... SO DELHI PEOPLE BE AWARE OF IT NEXT TIME YOU CALL AIRTEL DELHI CUSTOMER CARE....
