I have been using airtel from a very long time, it provides one of the best network coverage than any other telecom companies.If you are the one looking for the Best network then this is the one for you .
Coming to the customer service its not as good as other network providers, So you cannot expect best customer service over here . And customer care won't be connected as soon as you call up to the helpline number, you need to wait for a longer period.
Coming to the charges and Billing its the very costly compared to all other network providers so if you are looking for cheaper network provider then this is not for you.
So overall if you are looking best network then go for it but be cautious charges are high .
