When I was irritated with one specific Mobile operator I decided to switch to other. And the other I chose was Airtel. I ported my number to this one. But to my disappointment it is the same. Its network are not so strong in our region. Whenever I moved to the basement of the home there are no network. But on the surface networks are good one.
Other thing which disappointed me was that its internet is costly if I want to use it on 3g. They do not give me any internet pack for daily basis for 3G which is similar to other network.
I talk about the customer service I would say that is the best. They are very keen to listen to you and to sort out your problem.
If I talk about the charges it is costly. It should have less charges but that is not the case.
Over all this is good Mobile Operator.
