I has been a long time customer of Airtel, but now I ported to Idea because of rate, internet offers and also customer service.
I had been facing several network issues(call drops, poor indoor signal everywhere in Bangalore, appearing as switched off to callers, low 3G speeds.) and the situation has remain unresolved for several months now.
The customer service is of little help because - Earlier this service was ok, but now Customer service problem, rates not good, offers are higher, network problem etc.
Idea is better than Airtel.
Have Airtel port and Get Idea.
