Its the worst service I have ever faced from even local companies. Since Many days my number is constantly going out of coverage and my battery drains off trying to find network. Their customer care people are from some village who don't even know how to talk to customers.
There is nobody to hear and when you log on to online system to log the complaint it shuts down your comments saying please try later. Its high time for Airtel to understand that if they do not help us not one day customers will also say - Please try later we are happy with idea or Vodafone.
This company is corrupt and pathetic in its customer service.
