Airtel is not a great mobile operator because.
Its network coverage is not great but good. It is mostly not available at certain towns and in those towns where it is available, it is good but not so great.
Its customer service is not so great but average.
The most important disadvantage is that Its charges and billings are too costly. Its net packs are costly and its call rates are also costly.
But the only Advantage that I found is that Its Internet Speed is EXCELLENT.
