I have always been a loyal customer of Airtel not because of its goodwill or its net worth but because of the quality of service that they provide.
Recently, I thought Airtel was little expensive for me since i'm still a student so I subscribe a prepaid service from its competitor coz the schemes seems to be really attractive but to my surprise I have the worst experience.
The Service was horrible, so from that point of time, I realize that cost does not matter but service do. Now i'm back with Airtel and i'm gana stick with it.It ain't bad to have a full network even if you are in basement.
