There is no doubt that airtel is the best operator in India as per as the network is concerned. But what I am getting irritated of is the unnecessary deduction of balance from my prepaid account.
We started using airtel back in 2007. Currently I am using one prepaid & one postpaid connection. My problem is that I cannot keep balance in my account as the same gets deducted unnecessarily & whenever we call to the customer care they will say that you have activated this, you have activated that. Sometimes they refunds the balance but not always.
