So so kind of service. Review on Airtel Mobile Operator

I selected Airtel Magic at a time when only two networks were allowed in Chennai. Frankly, I didn't have much choice, since RPG was in the infinitely long process of upgrading their website, and I couldn't find a person who was using Wings Prepaid card from whom I could gather info.

I don't have any issues with Airtel regarding accessibility, excess charges etc. Recently, it was announced (at least as a broadcast message) that Full South Roam was automatically available with the Airtel Magic Card. I tried(am trying even now) to get details about the same in their website to no avail. I seriously think that the should change their ''What's new'' section to ''What's old''.

The info about ''south roam'' (for post paid), as is available in the website, has a list of towns from where it can be availed. I tried doing the same in one of the towns mentioned but couldn't succeed.I have repeatedly written mails to them with absolutely no response. Why keep a ''contact us'' tab at all if they don't give a damn about replying to those who do try to contact them?

I am seriously contemplating on taking legal action against them for giving out false info.

With no option left, I am hoping that WLL from BSNL gets fully established. From what I heard last, the legal hassles that they have, with GSM cellular service providers, are not sorted out yet.
