There was a time when airtel was india's second best network after vodafone but after jio's entry in the market airtel's rank has been slipped down badly.
I was using airtel connection and trust me that time was the worst period for me just because 4g network was like t.v. advertisement, which come and go in a while or two.
The situation was soo bad that I have to use 2g services most of the times and I was paying for 4g, they promiced me that network will improve in a week or two but all those promices were shear lies.
I keep on complaining but there was no hearing from their side, that's why I took a hard step and port my no. to jio 4g.
