I am continuously getting message: Last call charges Rs.50 INR. Call duration 00.00.00. on inquiring from Airtel, I have been giving various excuse. I have loaded mobile office. These charges are for GPRS etc. They have not clarified, (1) Who activated this service? Why am I being charged even when phone was switched off? Airtel has charged nearly Rs.800 since September 2011. Earlier, in March 2011 I was also charged for missed calls. It appears that they keep doing mischief and cheating clients as law enforcing agencies are very ineffective.
One should try to avoid this company, if possible.
