Airtel consumption of internet despite office being closed, Month on month our consumption has increased with same number of people starting from 8 GB to 80GB without any major download and actual usage. We have been requesting airtel to get it checked but there's no response.
Very strange that on saturdays, sundays and other holidays the airtel reports show data usage even when the router is off. Can someone please explain WHY? Can anybody provide us Mr.Sunil Bharti Mittal's Email ID.
