I have been facing sudden and complete network loss on Airtel LTE Band 3. The network completely disappears whenever Airtel switches from Band 40 to Band 3 and restores when the band is changed back to 40.
I have already highlighted this issue to Airtel vide PG Portal Grievance Number DOTEL/E/2021/10548 but the network team responded that they cannot help fix the issue.
Completely shocked at how inefficient and irresponsible the entire team of Airtel is.
Attached is a file showing the network stats on Airtel Band 3 and 40 respectively
Would not recommend Airtel to anyone. It was a mistake porting from Jio to Airtel
