I'm using airtel since twi years , network connection of airtel operator is so weak ,
I'm living in city of Gujrat where connection of Airtel is very weak.
Same network connection is very good in uttar Pradesh, but suffering every time network problem here in Gujrat.
Customer service are good, they are helping whenever I face problems and gives solution unfortunately which not working, internet problem , calling problem and tower problem however I'm suffering with this kind of problem they resolve it . kind fully. Billing and charges are as like other network operator nither high nor low .
