I had placed a request to migrate from prepaid to postpaid no. 8105462101 recently in Delhi NCR.
The request was placed through airtel website and some one called from Airtel and picked up documents. The documents were given last week.
I got a message day before yesterday(18th Oct) that "address verification for prepaid to postpaid conversion of your Airtel mobile has been completed. The conversion will start shortly". However now I find both these sims not working. My prepaid sim is detected, but when I try placing a call it says that no. is temporarily suspended. My postpaid sim on other hand is not detected. Its very difficult with no sim.
Can you update me the status ASAP.
If conversion is not working, please roll back to prepaid and activate it.
