AIRTEL has India's most shameless frauds employed in their customer (don’t) care department. I have interacted with ten of them in the last three days and each one competes with the other in being dumb and dumber ! But one thing, they are consistent in providing THE WORST EXPERIENCE any customer can have.
When I tried to alert other customers from being cheated by Airtel on another consumer review site (consumerdaddy.com), this was the site response:
Airtel currently has a Consumer Satisfaction Level (CSL) of 0.00. Reviews are not allowed for this product at this time. Reviews are not permissible for products with CSL's less than 1.00 or greater than 9.00.
Isn't that really great ? Achieving a perfect zero ? Not even 0.01 satisfaction from a single customer !!
I submitted all the required documents, paid all the money and my request for a simple conversion is being handled by about twenty specimens from AIRTEL for the last two months. Progress: zero. Harassment: 100%
