I am really fed up for Airtel network. I am getting zero network at my place. I have registered so many complaints but they close my tickets without any confirmation. On every call they promise me a technician visit but its been six months I have never seen their technicians.
Its really strange I was waiting for my issues to get resolved but when I called them I came to know that they have closed my request.
They dont even ask customer is issue has been resolved or not. And the best part is customer care executives are suggesting me that you should get your number ported to some other Network.
Really Company is talking about 4G servies and they cant even able to provide me the network to make calls.Bad Bad Network and worst worst services!.
