I was using airtel for more than 5 years under a corporate plan. Previously Airtel was known for its Network Quality and call rates but sometime down the line due to some technical snags or may be due to increased user base the Network quality has decreased a lot. There have been often call drops with sometime no network coverage.
However Airtel has no intention to improve their Network quality. Also the Customer service is very bad. Whenever you call their customer care you would have to wait in a long queue to get your call answered and on that the Representatives have no manners to talk. Though it has low call rates on Corporate plans the network is really bad. The Internet Speed is so low that even while surfing on 3G it feels as if we are using 2G Network.
The call drop issue is a major concern as the call gets connected but within a minute it drops and also there are a lot of dead spots of network in the city which is not expected from Airtel.
