I have been the AirTel iPTV user for 2+ years now and have enjoyed every moment of it. Apart from OK picture quality, the promotional message booting procedure and time lag.
Overall the Time Shift is really a very good feature, which is of course the main and only reason of me continuing with the connection.
Recently, Airtel has withdrawn recording facility of 10 channels from the Time Shift. That includes the'Colors' channel, which we used to watch a regular. When I contacted the Airtel Customer Service, they simply said that'Colors' has objections regarding the recording of their channel thus Airtel has with removed that channel from the list.
I think this is a BIG DRAWBACK on Airtel's behalf and will loose more customers. As their iPTV is only running because of this feature, if they will continue to remove main stream channels then this service will be of no use. Plus they should be introducing the HD channels too to their repository and if possible include them in their Time Shift schedule.
