I was using Tata sky for 4 years. It was good in clarity and customer care. I would rate them number 1. Now you might be thinking then why I changed to Airtel? I didnt know about their picture clarity and customer care earlier. I changed to Airtel only for one reason that they have more channels than tata sky. But believe me pls dont take Airtel connection unless its free for you.
The picture clarity is much less than tata sky and customer service is very very very bad than any other service provider. If you call CC then it takes 10 mins to reach CC executive. And if you tell your problem then they disconnect suddenly so that your complaints are with you only. I tried to reach CC guys everytime they disconnect the call.
Today I got call from CC about feedback of their service when I said tata is better than airtel very next moment call was disconnected.
So guys please dont go for Airtel.
