Hi everyone,
Today I am telling you my own experience regarding AIRTEL DTH. For the last 5 years I have been continuing with the very DTH service provider.Honestly I have a mixed feeling!
- PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY
Good picture and sound quality in SD. But if you upgrade to HD then it is amazing !As I have told you I have been using it for 5 years and I have no problem in it!
2.SERVICE AND SUPPORT
This is the real issue! During my shifting I called the Airtel help Desk . They noted down my issue but their engineers were not well informed . They were ill mannered and did not have proper tools! it was very difficult during the re installation of the set up box .
3.VALUE FOR MONEY
Honestly I would say that it is not that much value for money . It changes the cost of monthly pack without prior notice . Yearly pack subscribers get the real advantage . But for a middle class family it is not that affordable!
Wrapping up, out of 5 stars
1 is taken away for poor services.
1 is taken away for high rate
1 is taken for lack of new features
So my final rating is 2 stars!
