I have been using airtel dth since 2 years. recently when I shifted my house, I have been making numerous calls to them , but they keep on giving me one time resolution after the other. Its been nearly 1 week but still no person has called up. Even their IVR system has gone for a toss.
Really I am repenting buying this product now. If this trend continues, it will be a matter of time before they become history.
