Airtel was considered one of the most trusted brands in India. Gradually its quality has deteriorated. The customer service on the present days is not expected from such a brand. I have been using Airtel for almost 5-years. But once you start getting a problem, no one is there for your help. The prepaid plans are very high and the connections get disturbed with little weather disturbance. Although the picture quality is quite good, your money for not find it worthy.
