I have an airtel 3G dongle given by company in Hyderabad. Currently I am on roaming and the dongle is not working. Tried calling customer care thrice. They transferred the query to different departments and while it went to correct department, they cut the call saying we are not able to hear you while they were very much audible to me.(This happened three times, seems like customer care executives are trained to bluff when they are not able to resolve the query)
Was shocked at this pathetic response from customer care.
